Well….., Microsoft has come a long way, but still tries very hard to keep you using their products. Try changing the default browser to Firefox and keep it on Firefox. There are warnings and scary screen everywhere and if you don’t pay attention an update will reinstate Edge as in a flash.
Or how about these scary messages about installing a Linux alongside Windows on your computer.
Still, praise is due: Some years ago, Microsoft docs basically only said “if you want to install Linux, go search on the internet”. Now they have a lot more to offer.
